I had this idea today that a big bundle of pillows and blankets would be awesome to sleep in. Something of a nest with a thin mattress at the bottom so if you nestled really deep, you’d still be comfy. Then I was like, ‘Well, I can’t be the only person who’s ever though of this.. Google away!’

And I came upon this O*GE CreativeGroup design for a nest bed that can hold up to 16 kids. (See picture? Awesome right?)

I WANT ONE!

My idea leans towards lots of small pillows and bundled up blankets instead of just huge bodypillow like pillows. And I’d leave off all the side things that make it look like an actual bird nest. (So maybe I should say I want to sleep in a bowl? Or it could even be square..)

ANYWAY.. I’m so intrigued by this idea.. and if I could build one myself.. and I want to try.. but Robin + Power Tools = Injuries. (I’m also flat broke atm, so I can’t buy supplies.)

So basically I’m just gonna leave this here and maybe come back to it some day - when I’m not poor and dangerous with power tools - and I’ll build myself a nest.

I want someone to deliver me one of those edible arrangements.

Just so I can gasp and run away screaming, “I’m allergic you bastard!” and then come back into the room laughing going, “Nah, nah - I love me some fruit.”
